Transitional Housing for Veterans — Chesapeake, VA
We’re excited to share that we have signed a lease with the option to purchase a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Once renovations are complete, this property will be transformed into transitional housing for veterans, providing a safe, stable environment where those who served our country can rebuild their lives with dignity and support.

We’re excited to share that we have secured a lease with the option to purchase a spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bath home in South Hill, Virginia a property that will soon become a cornerstone of care and community.
Once renovations are complete in 2026, this home will be transformed into an independent living facility for seniors, offering a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where residents can enjoy independence while receiving the care and connection they deserve.

Renovation Chesapeake House
The flooring installation phase is underway at our Chesapeake transitional housing property. New, durable laminate flooring is being laid throughout the home to provide a warm, welcoming, and low-maintenance environment for future residents. This upgrade not only enhances the look and comfort of the space but also ensures long-term durability and easy upkeep. Once flooring is complete, we’ll move on to interior finishes and final inspections as we continue preparing the home to welcome veterans in need of stable housing.
