Thank you for supporting The Vet Way Foundation. Your generosity helps us provide safe housing, essential services, and community support to veterans, seniors, and families in need.
Please review our refund policy below.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to The Vet Way Foundation, whether through our website, fundraising events, sponsorships, or direct contributions, are considered final and non-refundable.
Because donations are immediately allocated to support ongoing programs, housing initiatives, and community projects, we are unable to issue refunds once a contribution has been processed.
We encourage all donors to review their donation details carefully before submitting payments.
2. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions
If you believe an error or duplicate donation has occurred, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the transaction. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, work with our payment processor to issue a correction or refund.

3. Event Registrations and Sponsorships
For any paid event registration or corporate sponsorship, refunds will only be considered in cases of event cancellation or billing errors. Once sponsorship funds have been received and public acknowledgment or materials have been issued, refunds cannot be granted.
4. Charitable Status and Tax Information
The Vet Way Foundation is a nonprofit organization currently awaiting 501(c)(3) approval from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Once approved, donations will be considered tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, effective from the IRS-recognized date of exemption.
Until our determination letter is received, contributions are not yet officially tax-deductible. Donors are encouraged to consult with their tax advisor regarding any deductions or documentation requirements.
